Our rider app (ceeroo) enables you "as rider" booking rides and trips with a number of taxi options.

When you book a ride one of drivers (you know that drivers are not our employees, they are independent service providers we only connect you "as rider" with them using our (ceeroo driver app) they receive your request based on your location.

We (ceeroo, ceeroo driver, ceeroo.com, ceerootech.com) are not responsible for any mistake, and any other act against the law from rider or driver.

This policy applies to any users of ceeroo, ceeroo driver, ceeroo.com and / or ceerootech.com in the world, including any users of our current and future apps, websites, features or other services. 

We don't sell your information but we use it to provide, personalize, and enhance our apps and services and we may share your information (rider or driver) with other users (riders or drivers) based on need to that (for example: when you book a ride "as rider" we will share your name, location, rate with the driver).

Also, we will share your information (as driver) with your company if you were registered as services provider through one of ceeroo's partner companies.

Summary

For a better experience, while using our Service, creating user accounts, contacting our customer service offices and booking through our websites, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to First Name, Last Name, Phone number, age, email address, social accounts, location, gender, all device information including (IP, manufacturer, OS, location using GPS and mobile network information) smartphone information, profile image, vehicle information, ID information, driving license, insurance document, vehicle license (or car passing docs) credit and debit cards information, transaction information relates our services when you book (as rider) or pickup rides (as driver) . The information that we request is will be retained, controlled and used by us to enhance and develop our current and future services or products.

Transaction Information

We collect transaction details related to your use of our services, including the type of services you requested or provided, date and time the service was provided, amount charged, distance traveled, and other related transaction details. Additionally, if someone uses your promotion code, we may associate your name with that person.

 

Address book and calendar information

 

If you permit the ceeroo and / or ceeroo driver app to access the address book on your device, we may collect names and contact information from your address book to facilitate social interactions through our services and for other purposes described in this policy or at the time of consent or collection. If you permit the Ceeroo app to access the calendar on your device, we collect calendar information such as event title and description, your response (Yes, No, Maybe), date and time, location, and number of attendees.

 

Information from other sources

When you accept using our apps and websites you accept to give us the right to gather information about your comments on others sources so we can enhance our products and services and conducts our research to develop new products or services.

 

This includes all users (who use) Ceeroo apps and websites to:

• Request or receive transportation services (riders)

• Provide transportation individually or through transportation companies (drivers)

• Any other user of Ceeroo apps, and websites, and anyone else who contacts us or submits information to our apps and / or websites.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your device internal memory.

If user decide to delete his / her account we may set account status to inactive or disabled.

not all information will be deleted, based on legal purposes.
